The Elevate Women Method was created with a focus on the women who yearns for a change in their body, whether through weight loss, toning, and maintenance of lean mass, while also wanting to respect their busy routine, as a mother, professional and woman.
They want to have high self-esteem and feel beautiful and renewed! They want to find their best version, and feel empowered and valued.

The method also focuses on reducing anxiety, PMS symptoms and improving overall quality of life.
Through proper nutrition, physical activity and breathing exercises applied in special cases, women can improve hormonal regulation, especially those over 40 years old, gradually lose weight, as well as maintain the new habit without so much sacrifice or radical diets.
The elevate women method is a fullbody workout combined with yoga.
It has the power to transform your body and mind from the inside out, as it combines functional exercises with stretching and isometrics from my practice and experience of yoga.

About Mia
Hi! I’m Mia, passionate about healthy nutrition and lifestyle since childhood. As a dancer, I had my first experience with a change in my diet at the age of 8, and life experiences, practice and study made me reach 40’s with more health and disposition than at 25.
We need to accept ourselves first and be happy as we are, but we also need to start healthy habits as soon as possible for a better life. These habits lead us to achievements, such as having a beautiful body and a healthy mind, for life.
I feel very close to physical and emotional balance, through the combination of all my passions: art, nutrition and movement. Therefore, I combined all these passions into a Method: Elevate Women, so that you can enjoy the best of physical activity, through the combination of yoga and functional.
